The creative retainer program gives you instant access to professional design services without the additional overhead of hiring a full-time designer. The goal is to build a long-lasting relationship with you, and support your growing business while freeing your schedule for what matters most.

Substantial Savings – As a thank you for your commitment, you will receive a discounted rate on your pricing, regardless of the program package you choose. The more hours you book, the greater the amount of savings you earn! Now’s the time to lock in a rate lower than the a la carte hourly fee.
Priority Service – You are the priority, my friend! As a retainer client, a block of time is dedicated to your projects each month. You now have an on-demand designer who is familiar with your brand and you can plan project deadlines without losing any more sleep. There’s no longer a need to wait for additional project contracts, tracking multiple invoices, and signing more paperwork.
Professional Work – Pre-booking service hours for the month provides you with my undivided attention to our commitment to one another. You will receive the utmost care and high-quality service, from an experienced designer, every time.
Program Coverage
Client Meetings and Communication – Video chat, phone, email, and text.
Social Media Design – Social media graphics, such as cover and profile photos, banners, and advertisements.
Print Materials – Ads, sell sheets, mailers, brochures, signage, flyers, business cards, stationery, newsletters, and more.
Graphic Design & Digital Materials – Icons, email templates, blog and website banners, digital advertisements, and more.
Web Updates & Maintenance – Content, graphics, and web maintenance. Currently for Squarespace and Wordpress websites only.
Additional Services – If you don’t see a service above, please reach out to verify if the service is covered within the program.
An additional fee and/or separate package will be necessary for the following services that are not covered in the program: branding (identity design), stock photography, fonts, printing, web coding, web design or re-design, and social media management.
Program Details
The retainer program is for clients who have an established identity and brand guidelines.
3-month minimum commitment. At the end of the 3 months, we will review the program to ensure the number of hours fits your needs. At that time, we can adjust your plan to 6, 9, or 12 months, if needed.
Each retainer program package includes a set number of hours each month.
Any monthly unused hours will expire. They do not roll over each month as that would defeat the purpose of allocating time each month for projects. You will be notified when we are close to hitting our threshold of scheduled hours for the month.
Payment will be due on the 1st of each month, for the month ahead.
